JRC Paving has laid paving across Perth since 2011, working for homes and commercial properties in both the northern and southern suburbs. New work includes brick paving, driveways, paths and walkways, patios and alfresco areas, verandas, pool surrounds, carparks and hardstands, laid in brick, concrete and natural stone such as limestone and travertine, along with outdoor tiling. The team also builds limestone retaining walls, installs soakwells and carries out paving repairs, relaying chipped, cracked and sunken pavers with a close match to the existing surface. Every paving job carries a 2-year workmanship warranty and soakwells carry a 10-year warranty, with no upfront fees. Very small paving jobs are generally not taken on, though stormwater and soakwell repairs of any size are. Quotes are given onsite.
