New Build Landscaping Contractors

New Build Landscaping Contractors specialises in first-time landscaping for new homes in residential land developments, working for owners, investors and land developers. Working from the client's site plan, NBLC prepares a full landscaping plan with a formal quotation, then carries out side, rear and front landscaping. Work covers site preparation and earthworks, soil conditioning to AS 4454, concrete kerbing, reticulation supply and installation with solenoids, pipes and sprinklers, and planting from mandatory trees and hedging to shrubs and ground cover. Lawns go in as Wintergreen couch turf or artificial lawn. It also landscapes homes to Department of Defence Housing standards, and one published testimonial from remote investors credits the team with finishing ahead of schedule and in time for a Defence Housing handover.
