CMC Lawns and Maintenance

Lawn and garden care is the trade of CMC Lawns and Maintenance, a family-run Forrestfield business led by Chris Mathwin that works for residential and commercial clients from Forrestfield, Brabham and Jane Brook to Watermans Bay, Carine, Duncraig and Gwelup. Its agronomy-led lawn programs combine mowing with fertiliser and herbicide treatments, and the team is trained and licensed for chemical applications. Other services include new lawn installations, lawn renovations, big block mowing, yard clean-ups, mulching, soft scaping and an elite gardening service. The team designs, installs, services and repairs reticulation systems. A complete care package bundles regular visits for owners who want ongoing upkeep, and Chris draws on his local knowledge to advise on soil improvement and plant selection.
