Austin Developments

Timber is the signature of Austin Developments, a Balcatta outdoor living specialist that has designed and built Perth patios, pergolas, alfrescos, gazebos and decks for over 20 years. Its timber patio and pergola designs have featured in Scoop magazine, and the work spans poolside retreats, freestanding architectural skillions, gable style patios and rooflines integrated with the existing house. Decking is offered in timber and composite for homes and commercial projects, finished down to the last coat of oil. The team manages each job from design consultation through construction, including plans, engineering and council approvals, and deals with councils across Perth on patios, pergolas, alfrescos, decks and screens. One customer review describes a three month council delay that still ended with the structure installed by Christmas as promised. Rated 5 from 37 Google reviews, all five stars.
