Advanced Patios

Established in 2008, Advanced Patios is a WA owned Kelmscott builder that designs, manages and builds custom outdoor spaces for Perth homes, from patios and alfresco rooms to decks, carports and freestanding pergolas. Patio styles run from flat, skillion and curved roofs to gable, Dutch gable, hip end, gazebo and sunroof designs, with Cooldek and Colorbond roofing. As a Stratco Outback dealer it builds Outback patios, and its patios carry a 25-year structural warranty. The team handles each project from first consultation through council approvals, construction and completion. Outdoor blinds, gates, fencing and sheds round out the range. One customer review describes the removal and replacement of an existing patio attached to the house. Rated 3.9 from 140 Google reviews, 92 of them five stars and 32 one star.
