Patio Perfect

Patio Perfect is a family owned Maddington builder, run by a husband and wife team, that designs, builds and installs patios, sunroofs, pergolas and carports across Perth. As a Stratco authorised dealer it offers the full Stratco Outback patio range, including Outback sunroofs, sold with a 25 year warranty. Its own Homeline patios are fabricated in house and come with a 10 year structural warranty, a 12 month workmanship warranty and council approval, either fully installed or as DIY patio kits. Styles include flat, gabled and curved patios, and carports can be built with a gable or flat roof. The team also advises on retrofitting sunroofs onto existing patio frames, checking beam sizing, spacing and condition first. A free on-site consultation is available.
